My Bio
I am a Professor of the world, retired, I live near Buttermere village on the shore of Crummock Water. I like to take walks, with my dog Garth, I like fine Cuban cigars and Napoleon brandy, I like the theater, the classics, and traveling. I speak seven languages badly and am subject to gout. I took a steamer to India in my youth, and plan to return there before I die. I like to dabble with paint, poetry and dark peculiar fairy tales.
I am a good friend and confidant of Gov the scoffer.
Goodluck dear family across the pond, making big deals with the Hollywood stars. Wish I were there!  Fortune favors the bold!

In the yard, he c
